The proposed low scale Aparthotel will include 36 small to medium size apartments, commercial spaces, and underground carpark. Commercial part of the building is designed around an open shopping mall which is connected to main pedestrian walkway of the development. The newly proposed shops and caffes add value to the area and will also benefit the local community.
